Psalms 24:1 : “The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.”
Oct 4th is celebrated as World Animal Day and on this occasion I’d like to share with you some verses that help us understand how much our Loving Creator loves His Creation.
Gen 1: 24,25 : God spoke: "Earth, generate life! Every sort and kind: cattle and reptiles and wild animals—all kinds." And there it was: wild animals of every kind, Cattle of all kinds, every sort of reptile and bug. God saw that it was good.”
Psalms 104:24 : “What a wildly wonderful world, God! You made it all, with Wisdom at your side, made earth overflow with your wonderful creations.—the deep, wide sea,brimming with fish past counting,sardines and sharks and salmon. All the creatures look expectantly to you to give them their meals on time.You come, and they gather around;you open your hand and they eat from it.If you turned your back,they'd die in a minute—Take back your Spirit and they die,revert to original mud; Send out your Spirit and they spring to life— the whole countryside in bloom and blossom.”
Psalms 50:10-11 : “ …every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know every bird in the mountains, and the insects in the fields are mine.”
Also sharing with you some snaps of animals I clicked from our recent Zoo visit. It serves as a wonderful reminder of the Creative Genius our Almighty Father. As you enjoy the snaps, you will notice that every animal is unique & different; each is a handiwork of the Lord. I learnt a lesson from that - If our Lord cares enough to personally love each of these animals, how much more must His Father Heart beat with love for every one of us;His children who are made in His very own image!
